     hello, 
    i have a customer with a brand new MS908 and this one doesn't recognize certain series number? ex: ja3aj66f65u602609
    ja4lz41f15u605684
    His Autel is up to date and he test with the automatic mode and manuel too. He says this problem are in lot of car brand and he have the problem about  1 car on 20. 
    Someone have idea what is the problèm?
